From my knowledge, any, if not all, of these cause the problems you are having. Some people reported to me that having a fresh install of Dust helped as well.

Restocking can be mitigated if you bring enough fittings into the battle in the first place. For example, I have 50 sets of all my fittings at any given time. Why not carry enough on hand and restock in between battles?

Cancelling messages while writing them is a result of you looking at the Battle Finder screen while attempting to write a message. This is because the Battle Finder screen is refreshing at a set interval. Close the Battle Finder screen and then write your message.

Having more than 8 chat channels open will increase the likelihood of the game hard freezing. Reduce your channels to 8 or below.

I reinstalled the game twice, no improvement. my mailbox is emptied daily, i have 3 custom channels and not many fittings. my contacts list dwinldles the more people leave the game. having enough stock is fine if you have the isk to do so, my alt does not have the luxury my main does. the cancelation of messages is also not related to the battlefinder If its not anime, its not real
